The Company

This company is incorporated under the laws of British Columbia and has been carrying on its transportation and storage business on Vancouver Island for over thirty years.  It transports household goods, food and beverage, mail (under contract with Canada Post), and newspapers.  Storage facilities house household goods, freezer and cooler goods, dry goods, business files and Canada Customs files.  The refrigeration cartage business, started in 1998, now brings in revenue of  $500K and has great potential for growth and expansion. The company employs  eighteen people and has a profitable track record.
 

 
 

The Real Estate

Property owned by the company comprises 15.6 acres with frontage on a major road and is split zoned commercial and residential.  The operation utilizes approximately 4 acres and the remaining 12 acres is undeveloped residential/commercial with great potential for development and re-zoning.
