Active Estates

As a service to the creditors and other related parties of a bankrupt estate, or estate under proposal, we offer information by way of our website on certain estates under our administration. The information consists of updated reports and/or other news on the status of the Trustee's activities, filing forms and creditor/investor lists including the status of claims. All information that is public record will be considered for dissemination to interested parties.

Recognizing that some creditors or investors to a particular estate may be sensitive to having their names included in a public forum, creditor / investor lists are password protected and only available to the creditor. If you are a creditor or investor of one of the estates under administration, and information about that estate is available on our website, please contact us by email, fax or telephone to make arrangements to obtain the relevant password.
